A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Hotel in Columbia, MD. As a workshop participant you are able to access special room rates for the week of the workshops. Hotel room rates start at $119.00* per night. Discounted rooms are available on a first come, first served basis, so early reservations are encouraged.
*(Please note that the quoted room rate is subject to applicable state and local taxes.)

If you call the hotel to make your reservation please be sure to identify yourself as part of the “MAC Summer Workshop” group. At that time you will be asked to provide the hotel with the following information: Guest Name, requested room type, requested bed type (i.e. king, double/double, queen, twin or suites), check-in and check-out dates, Starwood Preferred Guest number (if applicable).

Special dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please complete the “Dietary Requirements” section on the Registration Form to notify us of any dietary requirements that you may have.

VISA REQUIREMENTS
For workshop participants traveling to the United States for this workshop, please visit www.usembassy.gov to obtain information on VISA requirements.

CANCELLATION
If you are unable to attend the event after you have registered, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing daisy@mctighe-associates.com. If a cancellation notice is received one week prior to the workshop start date, a refund of the registration fee will be processed, less a $50 administration fee. If a cancellation is made later than that, a refund is not possible, however you are able to nominate another person from your organization to attend up to 24 hours prior to the event, at no extra charge. If substitution becomes necessary, please send an email to daisy@mctighe-associates.com to provide the name and contact information of the person who will be attending in your place.
